We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

• Free Economy Shipping in the contiguous United States.

• $5 flat-rate standard shipping on orders over $20.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, and destination. Typical delivery times for free economy shipping are within 4-7 business days, while standard shipping is 3-5. 

Returns

We accept returns for products that are unused and unopened in their original packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photo documentation (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund.

For concerns outside of defects, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Additional Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error. International shipping is currently not accepted. Faster shipping routes and international delivery coming soon!
