Returns

We accept returns for products that are unused and unopened in their original packaging.

Returns requested without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds & Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo documentation (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund.

For concerns outside of defects, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case to ensure the best possible customer experience.


Additional Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error. International shipping is currently not accepted. Faster shipping routes and international delivery coming soon!
